Termination
These terms are in operation until they are terminated by either party. The parties to these terms are Digital Empire and you. You may terminate these terms at any time by not using Deal Empire Sites and destroying our materials accessed through Deal Empire platforms. With respect to you, we may immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions of Use without cause and without notice at our sole discretion. In this case, you must cease use of all Deal Empire sites and destroy all materials obtained from such sites and all copies thereof, whether made under these Terms and Conditions of Use or otherwise. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which by their nature should survive the termination of these terms of use, shall survive such termination.
